This villa overlooks the swimming pool and is fully equipped with 32" cable tv, in-unit washer/dryer, brand new sofa set, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, dvd player, radio/cassette player, telephone, ceiling fans in each room, linen, towels - all you need is your swimwear.    You may access the internet at the Sealofts office during normal working hours or bring along a laptop and enjoy free wireless internet service in this unit.  

This villa boasts a separate air-condition unit in the bedroom on the main floor and security gates at the top of each staircase.   As an added advantage: since the building next door is positioned at an angle, there is additional space between the two buildings, providing for a little more privacy.

Rates

Low season:  April 15 to December 14 - US$1225 a week (7 nights)

High season:  December 15 to April 14 - US$1575 a week (7 nights)

Music festival in June (4 nights):  US$200.00 per night.

2% GOV'T TAX PAYABLE ON ABOVE RATES.

Maximum occupancy:  Four (4).  The owner would prefer to accommodate ADULTS only.

25% deposit required to reserve the villa with balance due on arrival. 

Deposits are non-refundable.

This villa also provides a partial oceanview on the main floor and  a lovely oceanview  from the loft patio.  The villa is located in the section of the duplex that faces the ocean, so you can actually see the waves rolling in from the loft patio and feel the cool ocean breeze.  

 Our friendly property manager and staff are readily available on the compound during normal working hours to assist you.

Loft bedroom comes equipped with twin beds which can easily be converted to king size bed if you so desire.
