All you need is your clothes, food and toiletries.  Camera surveillance also provided on exterior of building.

Weekly (7 nights) rate:

April 15 to December 14:  US$630.00 per week

December 15 to April 14:  US$735.00 per week

50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival. 

Deposits will be returned only if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival.  However, any refund will be subject to a 10% service fee.
